Description
Nicholls B&B is situated in a quiet, peaceful location which is conveniently close to the city. Our self-contained ground floor one bedroom bed & breakfast is run by a friendly family who will try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Central underfloor heating, an electric heater and electric blanket are provided to keep you warm on those cold winter nights, as well as a fan to keep you cool in the summer. Basic cooking facilities are provided including a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sandwich toaster. Provisions for tea/coffee are given. A continental breakfast is provided and arrangements for dinner can be discussed with the host.
Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards, and check-out is by 10:00am.

This spacious room sleeps up to four guests, with one queen-size bed and one trundle bed. All bedding and linen are provided.
Rates
The charge is $130 per night for the first four nights stayed, and $100 per night thereafter for one person. Additional guests are $25 per person per night.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the deposit cannot be refunded.
