Description
We invite you to share our original mill house, located in the Dwellingup Heritage Precinct. The mill house has been renovated so that you will be cosy and comfortable during your stay. The extensive, well-maintained gardens surrounding the cottage are glorious, and filled with bird life.
The comfortable lounge room has a slow-combustion wood burning fire place and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The well-stocked kitchen has all the appliances and crockery you will need if you choose to eat in. There are three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has two single beds (with a trundle bed as well); the small third bedroom has a double bed. All three bedrooms are made up with Sheridan bed linen and warm quilts and blankets. In the bathroom, there is continuous hot water for your bath or shower. There is a large paved undercover area at the back of the cottage, with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining setting.
Please note that NO SMOKING is permitted, and NO PETS are allowed.
Check-in is from 2.00pm, and check-out is by 11.00am.

This property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (and a low trundle bed stored underneath one of the single beds), and bedroom 3 has a double bed. All bedding and linen are supplied. (Please bring your own beach towels if you want to go to the river or use towels outside the house.)
Rates
$170 per night for 2 people, $10 per additional person per night. Minimum booking 2 nights. Price includes Sheridan bed linen and towels.
