WE HAVE JUST FINISHED RENOVATING THE KITCHEN/BATHROOM/LAUNDRY AS WELL AS REPLACING THE BANNISTER TO THE STAIRS AND ADDED A TOILET DOWNSTAIRS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. The Riverside Townhouse is 1 of only 4 townhouses with the beach literally at your doorstep and enjoys magnificent views across the water to town. Perfect for all calm water sports. It features a dishwasher, gas heating and BBQ, large TV,CD/radio, DVD and free cot, high chair and baby bath on request. You wil also find a cupboard full of games, books, toys and videos for the kids. There is a lock-up garage and you can pull your small boat up onto the sand. Pets more than welcome (conditions apply). Sorry no fences, but a secure double garage if required for your dog. There is excellent mobile phone reception.

Bedroom 2 - a double bunk with single on top. Linen (sheet and towel sets) is available for hire - $10 unmade $15 made up, per person for the duration of the booking. Beach towels $5 p/p.

Rates cover up to 4 people. Extras $15/night, $25 peak
TERM 1&4-$135/n midweek, $170/n w.end. $890/week.
TERM 2&3-$120/n midweek, $160/n w.end, $800/week
EASTER (4 night min - $990)
APRIL& OCT HOLIDAYS-$140/n midweek, $175/n w.end, $950/week.
Xmas/New Year weeks $1700/week
Rest of January $1450/week
JULY HOLIDAYS - $135/n midweek, $170/n w.end, $890/week.
XMAS-17/12/10 to 7/1/11 - $1700 weekly only
7/1/10 to 31/1/11 $1450 weekly only
NB - a $15 pet fee applies per pet per booking!
