A neat and tidy older style holiday cottage, with a great back deck to dine or relax on. Only metres walk to the Lagoon and beautiful Berrara Beach. This house has a traditional beach holiday feel about it, with beautiful newly polished floors throughout, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, and three bedrooms. There is a seperate bathroom in the laundry, all under cover off the back verandah. The recent addition of a huge back deck, with shade cover, will make outdoor dining a breeze! The sunny back verandah is perfect to relax on, with a gas b.b.q for outdoor cooking. Quite often, the unfenced back yard is a favourite spot for local kangaroos to sun themselves, so make sure you bring the camera! This house has an OUTSIDE Toilet undercover of the back verandah. Sleeps 7, 1 Double bed, 1 Double bunk set and 3 single beds NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE! NO PETS ALLOWED On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness.
