Description
Privacy and seclusion metres from one of the south coasts most popular beaches. Beach Towels has just been made over as the ideal beach house with all brand new furniture and appliances. Designed around outdoor living the entertainment areas are covered in case of rain and brilliant sunshine. A great backyard for the kids to play in, a lovely secret garden at the front to relax amongst. Listen to the birds in the trees and watch the kangaroos from the front balcony.
A lock up garage with laundry (washing machine, dryer and tub) is available for boats, bikes and boards and off street parking for 3 cars. Full kitchen facilities and huge barbecue area with picnic table and “ladies lounge”, an separate outdoor dining table and an indoor dining table. Brand new leather lounge to watch TV or DVD’s or chill out to the CD/Radio with iPod connection.
Two bathrooms, two toilets, two showers, one bath.
Beach Towels is dog friendly (subject to approval) so bring your best friend on holidays with you. Outdoor dogs only. Dog bed provided on back balcony. Sorry no cats due to the abundance of birds in the trees around the house.

Two bedrooms, the main with a queen size bed with dooner, built in wardrobes, mirror and second TV. Front balcony access and ceiling fan.
Second bedroom has two double bunks suitable for young children, built ins and ceiling fan.
BeachTowels is suited to the young family and is not ideal for more than two adults.
Linen available at extra cost.
Rates
NYE Week $1800, Xmas holidays $1500 per week. Long weekends $400.
Easter 2009 $200 per night minimum 4 nights or $1,000 for week.
Autumn & Spring School Holidays $150 per night minimum 5 nights or $750 per week.
Spring and Autumn $150 per night minimum 2 nights or $600 per week.
Winter by negotiation, specials available for 5 day stays or $500 per week.
