The house has been designed to be filled with light and colour, capturing glorious views of the ocean, the beach and headlands to the east; and to the west views of the waterways of the Crookhaven River and the mountains beyond.
4 Double bedrooms with large deck that opens out to the sanddunes, 2 large balconies, a well-equipped stainless steel kitchen with Ilve/Asko appliances, 2 modern bathrooms and a hot outdoor shower, a Weber gas BBQ, gas indoor heating are but a few of the inbuilt features of the house.
Upstairs are 2BR with Queen beds, bathroom, bar and 2 balconies - one perfect for breakfast looking out to sea and the other just as perfect for afternoon martinis watching the sunset.
Downstairs are 2BR with Double beds, bathroom/laundry, living area and a large wraparound deck, secluded by a stand of teatrees. Here, you can step out on the sand, over a sanddune and onto the beach

The 2nd bedroom has a spacious covered balcony with expansive views of the Crookhaven River and the Shoalhaven escarpment. They adjoin the second bathroom and a mini-bar facility
The 2 downstairs bedrooms have double beds. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. Bedding includes mattresses with cover, doona with cover, pillows with covers, extra blankets.
A Luxury Linen Package is available for $100pp and includes 1000thread count bedlinen, plush bath and beach towels, luxurious bathrobes and tea towels
