This property sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. The configuration is a huge queen bedroom with ensuite, another large queen room, double bedroom, plus fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a large three way bathroom that is easily shared by the other bedrooms.A portacot and spare single bed plus high chair and door barrier are also available for infants.
All quality linen is provided and all beds made up for guests arrival.ADSL Broadband with wireless internet is supplied as are free local calls.

WINTER SEASON.
Book 4 nights mid week for June, July or August and get the fifth night free. ( Not valid school holidays)
STANDARD SEASON: Minimum $225pn mid week rate for couples. $300 per night mid week for up to 4 persons;
(June,July,Aug,.(not public hols or weekends)
PEAK SEASON:
$300 pn midweek rate for up to 4 persons; Special couples rate of $250 midweek (Feb,Mar,Apr,May,Sept,Oct,Nov& up to 16 December (not school hols/public hols or weekends)
ULTRA PEAK:
Minimum $600 pn for up to 8 persons( from 16 Dec,Jan school hols).Minimum stay 7 nights for up to 8 persons.Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred.
The Easter period and long weekends $550 per night for up to 8 persons.
All rates include beds being made up for arrival with luxury linen , beach towels and towels. All toiletries including soap,shampoo/conditioner and bath gel are supplied. A flexible check in and check out time may be arranged when convenient.Basic pantry items are supplied eg.vinegars,olive oil,spices,Twinings tea, espresso coffee, sugar,flours,dishwashing tablets,toilet paper,washing powder and other cleaning products.
