"Salt And Light" is a cosy brick home close to the beach and lake and yet away from the crowds. The home is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. There is lots of natural light creating a relaxing and airy atmosphere and plenty of opportunity to breathe in the fresh sea air. The 3 comfortable bedrooms are equipped to sleep 8 adults with lots of room to move.
Be it a Family Holiday, a romantic getaway, a cosy Winter retreat, a public holiday, a Surf trip, a long weekend, a fishing adventure, a school holiday..... or just an excuse to have time off work!!! "Salt & Light" is a great place to stay !!

Rooms
This property sleeps up to 8 adults in 3 bedrooms. The configuration is a queen with parents retreat, a queen, and two double bunks in the third bedroom. A portacot and childs bed rail is also available should this be required for infants.
Rates
Peak Season - Dec-Jan School Holidays and Easter School Holidays
$1850 per week - $350 per night
Shoulder Season - Feb-May and Sep-Dec (excluding Christmas/Easter Holidays)
$1350 per week - $270 per night
Low Season - Jun-Aug
$900 per week - $180 per night
Pet Bond
$100 paid before occupying the property. (Refunded as soon as the agent has confirmed no damage or mess, and that the yard has been cleared of droppings)
Linen (bedsheets and towels) are not provided.
(Linen hire can be arranged if desired)
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, followed by the remaining 50% to be paid 7 days prior to occupation.
