Description

Seashells is a fully furnished holiday house with great ocean & area views. Wake to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean or the sunset over the district & river. The house is fully self contained-all you need to bring is your own sheets,pillowcases,towels and teatowels (linen packs can also be provided for an additional charge). Downstairs is a room with day beds & table tennis - great for non beach days. A great location for a beachside break. Relax & enjoy!

Rooms

Seashells sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms.The configuration is a queen & single bed in one bedroom with a double bed with single bunk on top in the second bedroom. The lounge area has 2 sofa beds. Guests need to provide their own linen: pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels, bathmats, beach towels, hand towels.

Rates

Low season rates are $135 per night. Shoulder season is $150 per night with a peak season weekly rate of $1520. Maximum 6 occupants at all times. For each booking a once off cleaning fee of $70 is payable. Christmas holidays have a minimum weekly booking period (arrivals & departures scheduled for Saturdays) all other school holidays have a 3 night minimum. Linen can be supplied at an additional cost of $15 per person for your stay.

The rental price includes: linens; towels. Available upon request:baby bed.

Local Costs

To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 100.00.Available upon request, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 150.00/day;chef/cook.
