This, two queen bedroom cottage, sits in a secluded area of the Dolphin Sands property, with the privacy of your own barbeque area set in a private gardened area.
Relax in the morning on your own private veranda with coffee and papers watching the world go by.

Dolphin Cottage is within walking distance of the centre of Huskisson, the bay, beaches, shops and restaurants.
Dolphin Sands Luxury Cottage offers:
Two queen size bedrooms.
A sleep out with two single trundle beds.
A bathroom, with a spa bath, toilet & shower, and vanity.
An internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer plus an extra toilet and hand basin.
A modern open plan kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and cutlery/crockery.
A very light and spacious combined family room/dining room.
Polished timber floors, gas fire, reverse cycle air conditioning.
Dining table for 6 and a TV/DVD plus TV in each bedroom
A separate cosy lounge to relax and read in, also with a gas heater.
The lounge has an entrance off the front deck which gets all the morning sun.
A sunroom/ sleep out facing the garden.
An authentic Aussie dunny in the back garden .
A small private rear garden with a gas BBQ .
Iron & ironing board.
Parking off street for two cars or a car and a boat. Blankets, linen, towels and pillows supplied.

Rooms
Both bedrooms have queen beds for 2 people in each room.
We also have a single trundel for 2 young adults in the family room area.
This is by arrangement at an extra cost.
Linen and towells are provided but not beach towels.
Rates
TARIFF:
Weekly rates are from $1350 to $2750 depending on the season and number of guests.
Daily rates are from $195 to $350 per night with a minimum of 2 nights for two people.
Weekend Rates:
December to March/Easter if available $595 to $750
After Easter to November $495 to $595
Holiday Period & Long Weekends will need a 3 or 4 night booking:
3 night bookings will apply in holiday periods
Holiday period includes January and February and school holidays and long weekends.
