Description
The lakeside outlook is breathtaking with a sunny northern aspect. Its a short walk to the water to throw a line in, or just sit & enjoy the sun & peaceful surroundings.
The main bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the lake, plus an ensuite & small study, if work is mixed with holiday.
An open plan, modern kitchen, dining & living area provide a great atmosphere for the family or group to be together.
TV, DVD, video & stereo are provided in the living area & the balcony has a gas barbeque to cook all the fish caught in the lake.
There is a laundry, covered parking for two cars, room to park & wash a boat, & plenty of off & on street parking.
The house is brand new & designed to suit large families, family groups or groups of friends.
Couples will also enjoy the space & privacy, as would the executive that needs to keep in contact with the office via internet (dialup) while taking a well earned break.
The lake is expansive & suitable for most kinds of pleasure boating, including power, sail, jet ski & kayak. Wake board enthusiasts have plenty of room to maneuver & the more leisurely, can anchor in the smaller bays, have a fish or jump in to cool off.
There are at least 3 boat ramps within 5 minutes of the house. Family boating & skiing is 300 mtrs away at Killarney.
Fishing is excellent as the lake opens in to the ocean & fed by fresh salt water. Many species can be caught & the biggest Flathead have been landed in front of the house.
Beach & great surfing is just 5 minutes away at the entrance to the lake. Green Island, one of Australia's renowned surf spots is here.
Other activities within 15 min include;
- Golf at Mollymook Golf course,
- restaurants at Milton & Ulladulla,
- Bushwalking, sightseeing & wineries
Unfortunately, we do not accept Schoolie reservations.

The house has four bedrooms with sleeping capacity for 10 (beds & bunks, max 8 adults & 2 children).
The bedding configuration is,
2 x Queen
2 x double under/(2x)single bunk over.
Sheets, pillow cases, beach towels, bath towels & tea towels are NOT provided.
Pillows, doonas & blankets are provided.
