Downstairs, a huge tiled entry, one way is a fantastic kids rumpus room with a TV, toys and games, this means peace and quiet for Adults up stairs! The other direction will take you to the laundry and down the hallway is 2 bedrooms (Double and 1 Sets of Bunks) and a second bathroom means that everyone can come and go from the beach with ease. Upstairs the open plan living and large dining area take full advantage of the elevated view and glimpses of the water beyond. There's no doubt that the hub of the home is a huge covered outdoor entertaining area, perfect for casual living and dining all year around. The other three bedrooms(1xQueen, 1X Double and 2 Sets of Bunks) and main bathroom are located adjacent to the living area. The beach is only m away "Garden Bay" a lovely swimming cove. The boat ramp is metres and Malua Bay shops and a great plus the main Malua Bay Beach is patrolled at Christmas time !! (1 km away.)
The Stair case in the house has a gate to close off the top from the bottom....don't you love this Mum!
