Advantageously located in a quiet street by Colliers Beach (five minute stroll) and the educational ‘One Track For All’ track, also within easy walking distance to the shops and amenities of the fishing port and town of Ulladulla, and Mollymook.
This beach house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen with breakfast bar that opens out to the expansive deck and an open plan dining/living area. There is also a separate outdoor entertainment area with gas barbecue.
Colliers Beach has a natural rock pool which is perfect for children and the beach is great for swimming, body surfing, surfing and bodyboard riding.
Gunnadoo is a three hours drive south of Sydney and two and three quarters drive east of Canberra.
