Upstairs has air con, dishwasher and a computer broadband guest site. Downstairs has storage cupboard for golf clubs, bodyboards, cases etc. Both have nautical decor, comfortable leather lounges. Each have front verandah to enjoy the sun and view,with own all weather electric barbecues. Plentiful on street parking, upstairs has first option on level off street parking up sloped driveway.Note-A boat or trailer on street only.
