One of the most popular unit complexes in Narooma, this property boasts the most stunning views you will find of the inlet and ocean.
Situated across the road from the wharf and the brand new kids playground in Rotary Park, and in the middle of town so walking to shops, clubs and pubs is a breeze, this unit is in high demand.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty room and privacy for the family. One of the most popular aspect of this unit, and it's neighbour Unit 4, is that it has level entry from the garage - no stairs to worry about.
Walk up the few steps at the back of the units, and you then have level short walks to the PO, banks or shops in one direction, or the club, pub, restaurants or movies in the other. Walk down the driveway and across the road, and you can take a leaisurly stroll along the footpath, past the wharf, all the way round to the scenic boardwalk on the other side of the inlet
This unit has two sets of bunks in the second bedroom, so is more suited to a family. All the units have their own laundry facilities, with a dryer.
