Description
Darwin Holiday Cottage is an air conditioned three bedroom home, fully furnished with linen including pool towels, crockery, cooking utensils,cutlery, wine glasses etc. There's a fully fenced tropical garden with an inground spa and the property looks out over a nature reserve. The location is very quiet and the house has a great feel to it. An undercover verandah area makes a cool relaxing spot with a bbq and outdoor dining tables. The house is serviced weekly, but there are plenty of spare towels if you need them. It's ten minutes to town by taxi and there is public transport nearby. It's a great spot to base yourself if you're exploring Kakadu, Litchfield or just visiting Darwin.
And there's a bonus of three gorgeous chooks penned at the rear of the garden - you can collect their eggs each day if you wish.

The house has three bedrooms, two have a queen bed in each and one has two singles. There is one bathroom with a separate toilet. A brand new kitchen has just been fitted.
Rates
Min 3 night stays. Ask us about special rates for bookings over two weeks from November to March.
01 November to 31 March - $200 per night.
01 April to 30 June - $250 per night.
April to June - $250 per night
July and August - $350 per night
