Description
Mango Manor is a short stay holiday complex in Darwin, Northern Territory comprising a recently renovated three bedroom older style house, a one bedroom apartment and a large stylish studio. Available to rent together or separately, they are all set in lovely papaya filled tropical gardens with patio areas, spa, bbq and a stable of bikes to explore the local charms of Ludmilla, Parap and Fannie Bay.
Mango Manor is an ideal home base to relax in, or from which to organise more remote activities. It offers versatile accommodation in terms of privacy and entertainment options to suit a range of guest requirements, whether they are sole consultants, small business groups or large family gatherings.
Each accommodation type is self contained and the house has a lovely ambience featuring furniture from the earlier part of last century. Its enclosed verandah (which opens out on to the courtyard and spa)is an excellent area for socialising and entertainment, together with pool table and other games amenities. In the evenings the folding doors are secure, but allow a natural breeze thru-flow.
The studio unit has its own undercover outdoor entertaining area with fans and bar, and the one bedroom apartment is air conditioned for those who must have it!
The laundry facilities and gardens, including kitchen-herb-and-veggie patch, are for communal use, and Mango Manor welcomes families and pets.
Mango Manor is five minutes walk to Parap Village with its famous Saturday markets, funky fashion and groovy music, and a walk down hill from there to discover the seaside clubs, refresh and relax. Fannie Bay Race track is down the road and around the corner. Five minutes drive and you can be in Darwin CBD with its eclectic mix of eateries and entertainment- or Nightcliff for a walk along the foreshore, or to throw in a line!
