Welcome to Petryla Estates. Whether relocating, vacationing, business travel or newcomer to Canada, let us be the first to welcome you to Toronto, Canada. We have been providing private furnished apartments by owner since 1998. Affordable accommodations that offer more space, privacy, flexibility, and cost savings compared to conventional hotel accommodations
Our three bedroom suite, featured here is 1000sq. ft. apartment with separate bedrooms, full kitchen with eating area, large living room with sofa bed, and separate dining room seating eight. Suite configuration, - Queen and Double bedrooms with sofa bed in large living room.
Every Suite contains a double pull out sofa bed or very comfortable European designed pull out double bed in the large living room.
Standard in every apartment is a Remote Control 29" Screen TV with DVD player. Some apartments also have new 32" or 40" Flat Panel LCD HDTV provided. DVD, VCR, Stereo entertainment centre includes CD player.
We also provide FREE 500+ Channel Satellite TV/Radio - includes 'HBO and The Movie Network', your own private phone number with free local phone calls as well as unlimited wireless Hi-speed (10.0Mbps) Internet.

We are located just south of the Old Mill Subway Station in the prestigious Kingsway neighbourhood of Toronto. We are just west of the downtown core. A very safe, upscale, quiet residential area walking distance to park, lake, schools, five churches, two shopping plazas, a variety of first class restaurants and fast food options, bank, video, variety stores, two drug stores, Dentist and Doctor clinic, two supermarkets, with one conveniently open 24 hours. See our guest book comments regarding our excellent highway and public transit access to the downtown core. Ask us about our Private Custom Tours to Niagara Falls. We also offer safe and quick Airport Pick-up/Drop-off service.
