Description
This period restored stone farmhouse and cottage offer spacious comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people + cot. Only 5 minutes from Saint Nicolas du pelem with all amenities and 20 mins from a lake with all watersports, beaches etc and 40 mins from the coast.
The farmhouse has two double bedrooms,a twin bedroom and an en-suite family room with a double and single bed.There is a family bathroom and a shower and toilet on the ground floor.The large dual aspect lounge has a logburner,tv with English channels,video and dvd player.Fitted kitchen with gas and electric hob and an electric oven,fridge freezer,dishwasher, microwave,kettle ,toaster,coffee machine and lots of china,cutlery, glasses and serving dishes.Seperate dining room and a utility room with washing machine ,hoover,another fridge / freezer, ironing board etc
The seperate cottage has a very large bedroom with two double beds ,lounge/kitchen with gas hob,microwave,fridge, coffee machine,toaster,kettle etc.Downstairs bathroom toilet.
