Les Ardoises - sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Large very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room & cloakroom. This property leads directly on to the securely fenced pool area and has private front and rear terraces, with garden furniture and bbq.
Le Cerisier - sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Large open plan kitchen & sitting room with log burner. Situated in the central courtyard, with own terrace area, garden furniture & bbq.
Le Jardin Clos - sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen & sitting room with log burner. This cottage is in a secluded walled garden with garden furniture and bbq.
Le Recoin - sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with one bathroom. A large and airy kitchen & sitting room leads through french windows on to a private and secluded terrace within the old walled orchard.
The property is sympathetically restored and provides high quality, well-equipped accommodation for large and small groups. High season is particularly popular with family groups as there is a children's playground, a dedicated bouledrome, lots of space for games and sports, not to mention the heated 12m x 6m swimming pool. There is a large play barn with table tennis, table football etc ... which can also be used for family parties or reunions.
The owners are happy to cater for any or all meals. During high season - July/August there is a weekly three course meal in the central courtyard, suitable for all guests young and old. Each Friday there is also a popular bbq evening.
Situated in southern Vendée, on the edge of a small village near the cathedral city of Luçon, La Boulinerie is only 25minutes drive from the golden sandy Atlantic beaches.
There is lots to see and do in the area making it a perfect base for family or adult holidays. The renowned historical theme park of Puy du Fou is 40minutes from the property. There are many beaches offering a wide variety of water sports and there are also 3 golf courses in the area.
