Description
Casa Odina is a characteristic and welcoming independent house located in the center of Positano. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards).
Casa Odina is located on the bottom floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a short walkway that includes approximately 17 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Odina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a garage.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with tables, chairs, a deck chair and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Living Room
The living room is paved with hand-made tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are romantic and elegant, and include some antique pieces. They include an armchair and two single divan beds. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a small television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is dug into the rock and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
