Well furnished and boasting beautiful and characteristic internal living spaces, the villa is an absolute oasis of comfort and tranquility. The beach at La Praia and the centre of Praiano with its bus connections to Amalfi, Positano and Salerno is a short 15 minute walk away or you can make use of the internal ‘orange' bus service which stops 20 metres from the entrance of the apartment and connects Praiano with Positano.
In the old, characteristic and quiet neighbourhood which surrounds the property are well-furnished grocery and fruit and vegetable shops, hairdresser, barber, the town gym, bancomat and parapharmacy.
The owner of the property runs the nearby food emporium which offers home delivery and has been in his family for generations; it has an extensive wine and liquor cellar and is well known all along the Amalfi Coast.
There is private paid parking near the property. The guest book at Villa Vista Capo Conca is overflowing with praise for the property and the availability of the family which runs it.
