Description
Villa Barbara I is a welcoming apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Barbara I you will enjoy a splendid view of the beach and of the sea. Villa Barbara I is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a wide private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards) and the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 250 meters (820 feet). You will reach Villa Barbara I from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Barbara I. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller), not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public sandy beach. You will reach it from Villa Barbara going down approximately 30 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The access to the sea is shared with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. The facilities are available from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal. Terrace
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the beach and of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace at the back of the house through a French door. The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
