Description
Villa Cassandra is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the vegetation of the Coast of Sorrento. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Cassandra you will enjoy a fascinating view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. Villa Cassandra is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Sorrento, where you will find a restaurant, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will reach Villa Cassandra from the garden going up a walkway that includes approximately 14 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Cassandra we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it in a private parking lot.
A peculiarity of Villa Cassandra is that the structure is composed by 3 apartments (bilo) plus some common areas as the big kitchen, the entrance room and the garden. It means that, comparing to the other Villas, renting this property you can stay together with your family and friends, but you can also have your own privacy when you want using the separated facilities of every single apartment (perfect in case of 3 couple renting the Villa or 2 families)! For example you will have a total of 3 refrigerator at your disposal that you can use as minibar and the facilities in every single living room to prepare a breakfast. The heating/ air conditioning has got individual controls in every room so everybody can choose the temperature they prefer.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the bedrooms. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Living Room 1
You will find the first living room on the garden level. The floor is paved with hand-made majolica tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the sea at a distance. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will find the second living room on the first floor. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terracewith a broad view of Sorrento and of the Bay of Naples through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will find the third living room on the first floor. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player.
