Description
Villa Veronica is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Veronica you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the vegetation. Villa Veronica is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Segromigno in Monte. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles).
Villa Veronica is located on the bottom floor.
To stay at Villa Veronica you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.
Villa Veronica is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the top floor.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will have a splendid view of the Tuscan hills and of the vegetation.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees and by a gazebo. You will be able to reach it from the patio going down eight steps. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the patio through a French door. In the wellness room you will find an exercise bike, a treadmill, a home gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player, a CD player and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
