Appartamento Raniero D is a bright and sunny apartment situated a few miles from the historic center of Siena. It sleeps five people. From Appartamento Raniero D you will enjoy a broad view of the Chianti hills. Appartamento Raniero D is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Siena. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the stop for the Siena Mobilità bus Piazza Gramsci - Vagliagli line at 800 meters (2600 feet). You will reach Appartamento Raniero D from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through a garden.
To stay at Appartamento Raniero D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The complex is situated on a hilltop, in the Chianti countryside, in a small medieval village which consists of several apartments built in the typical Tuscan style, recently restored.
You will be surrounded by greenery and immersed in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, not far from the most important cultural centers of the Tuscany area.
From every point of the complex you will enjoy a spectacular view of the countryside. You will also enjoy walks on foot or horseback in the surrounding countryside visiting the castles and the traditional farms that you will find along the itinerary.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Chianti hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Chianti hills.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden along an external stairway. Here you will find a washing machine and an ironing board at your disposal.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the hills through two French doors.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the hills through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
