This beautifully light and airy ;luxury villa in Sitges, is located in a quiet area just 5 - 8 minutes stroll to the centre of town and 12 minutes to the beach, is the perfect place to spend your holidays either with the family or a group of friends.
Accommodation in Sitges
The luxury villa spread over three floors has been decorated by it´s artist owner with many original and pretty features from garden landscaping to textiles, prints and furniture. The spacious living area with a wall of glass sliding doors opens onto a small private garden and terraces, ideal for dining al fresco. Most of the four bedrooms also have their own private terraces, some with exceptional sea views. There are two twin rooms, one double with en suite bathroom and a large boudoir at the top of the villa with three large terraces. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there are two bathrooms and a separate WC. Because of it´s position on a slight hill the villa stays cool through the hotter summer months with the sea breeze. The TV has a wide range of UK channels.
The villa is conveniently situated in a cool and breezy location on a slight hill just 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the lively and cosmopolitan town centre of Sitges and the railway station and a further 5 minutes from the beach.
This luxury villa is light and airy with many large windows and terraces. As it is situated in a fairly secluded area on a slight hill unlike the town centre it remains very cool in the summer months with the sea breeze making air conditioning not necessary. There are however fans for the bedrooms should you need them although all bedrooms have terraces and these doors can be left open safely at night.
A brand new pool and sports centre less than 5 minutes walk away is due to open in the spring. Sitges itself is a mere 30 minute car or train journey to the popular city of Barcelona to the north and the historic city of Tarragona to the south.
Alternatively if you are a nature lover you will be in heaven discovering the hundreds of acres of beautiful unspoiled natural parkland just inland from Sitges.

Golf
There are several gold courses to choose from within 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
There is the Terramar which is an 18 hole, golf coure in Sitges, with some fantastic views.
There is Portal Del Roc which is an 18 hole Pitch & Putt Which is in Vilanova only 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
Also there is El Vendrell which is another 18 hole, Pitch & Putt but a little bit more challenging than Portal Del Roc.
