Description
We proudly present an authentic and exclusive Catalan country house from the 15th century situated in plain nature. The unique location is surrounded by its 3000 sqm of private ground, in the middel of vineyards. The rural property feels homely thanks to its warm and peacefull decoration. It's a beautiful place for family, friends and special occasions to enjoy calmness, nature and comfort.
The property's entrance is a private drive ending in a big parking area, surrounded by nature and beautiful views over the valley and mountains.
Entering through the gate, the guest will be in a peacefull and romantic patio with outdoor lounge and green.
The property has 500 sqm of indoor space. From the hall there is access to the chillroom with fireplace. The next door dining room has a huge dining table and features a bodega with local wines. The fully equiped kitchen has an extra storage room for the guest’s comfort.
From the dining room the living room can be entered with big sofas, chairs, TV, DVD, with access to the covered terrace. The terrace features a dining and a chill zone, and bbq area.
From the hall you go up to the 1st floor, with 5 sleeping rooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
From the patio with chill zone at the entrance a seperated cottage can be accessed, with bedroom and seperated bathroom.
On the other site of the house there is a seperated little house, with fully equiped kitchen, living room, fireplace, 2 sleeping rooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The outdoor area of the villa features a barbeque area, enormous garden with grass, patios and lounges, and an outdoor private pool. A peaceful stay is garanteed with a private ground of 3000sqm.

Sitges, a popular Mediterreanan beach resort, can be reached within 15 min. It takes 5 min. to get on the recently opened highway that gives easy access to Canyelles, Sant Pere de Ribes, Vilanova i La Geltru and Barcelona for plenty of restaurants, wine and cava bodegas, culture and shopping.
The country house has numerous additional extra activities, e.g. private yoga classes, personal trainer, babysitting, catering, private cooking classes, wine and cava tasting with a sommelier, exclusive tourse, e.g. visit of wine cellars, cultural visits to Barcelona (architecture, art, moderism).
