This exclusive property is a unique opportunity to celebrate your holiday in style. Ideal for big groups or families. You absolutely don´t need a car as you are in the centre of Sitges, but at the same time its very quiet. The villa has place for 20 people distributed over 10 rooms, who have 6 bathrooms at their disposal. Moreover below the villa we have a indoor squash court, sauna and a bar with a pool table. The villa comes with daily maid service so your beds are made every day and the villa will be cleaned every day. You have the disposal over your own private pool and if you like to swim in the sea you just have to walk 100m to the beach.
The lovely centre of Sitges is just a 5 min walk and you are in the area of the shops and the nightlife.

Villa and garden:
You will find this a very pleasant villa to stay at because everything is in perfect condition in a nice and quiet safe area.
The daily maid service will be a great pleasure and make your holiday an excellent one. She will make your bed every day and clean the villa. She will give you the feeling that you are staying in a 5 star hotel.

Surroundings:
This villa is at the border of the centre and the exclusive residencial area called Vinyet.
You can walk to centre in 5 min and to the beach in 1 min.
Extra services that we offer:
The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. She can stay over to sleep in the service room if necessary. This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour.
We can also provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week. You need to reserve them when you make your booking as they we have a limited amount.
We also offer bicycles for 35 Euro per week. Please reserve in advance.
Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent English chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email.
The costs are 25 Euro per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price.
The hostess can also prepare breakfast for you at a cost of 6 Euro per person. This service is available per week only.

Local golf information
We have a very nice golf course next to the sea.
The green fee is 75 Euro during the week.
I would also like to give you a tip.
There is another club at a 20min drive from the villa.
The green fee is only 40 Euro.
This course is very difficult but not very known but very beautiful.
Local ski information
The ski areas are at a 2 hour drive.
In April its possible to go Skiing in the morning and lay at the beach in the afternoon.
Sitges
This is a stunning town, famous for it´s sandy beaches and rolling promenada. You can relax in one of the numerous restaurants, bar or have a wander around the old town.
