This spacious town house is located in the Sitges hills, 1.2 km (20 min walk, 5 min bus ride) from the nearest beach, the restaurants in Port Sitges, the town centre, and the train station. The regular bus stops 20 metres from the house. There is a horse-riding stable 5 minutes’ walk from the front door, with riding and hiking paths leading straight into the Garraf National Park from there. The 18-hole golf course is a 10 minute drive, wine tasting in the Penedès only 20 minutes away, and Barcelona a 40 minute train ride.

The house is light and airy, and spread over 4 floors, with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and plenty of outside space, including an enclosed garden, a large balcony, a leafy inner courtyard and a large private terrace with spectacular hill and sea views. The furnishing is light and modern, and the decoration artistic. There is a large (shared) swimming pool.
• The lower floor, which also provides access to the garden and the swimming pool, contains one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
• The first floor contains the large living room with balcony, the kitchen and the inner courtyard.
• On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a double and a single bedroom that share another bathroom.
• The third floor contains a large second living room with double sofa bed, and gives access to the sunny terrace.

Sitges
Sitges town is only 3km away which is renowned for its 17 fantastic sandy beaches. Sitges town its self is an old fishing village which has grew into a large tourist attraction. With some brilliant restaurants and bars. The night life is good with plenty of bars, starting from around 11pm till the early hours of the morning.
Golf
There are several golf courses to choose from within a range of 30 minutes drive from the villa.
There is the Terramar golf course which is in Sitges a full 18 hole golf course.
There is Portal Del Roc which is in Vilanova. A 18 hole Pitch & Putt.
Also there is another 18 hole Pitch and Putt in El Vendrell which is a little bit more challenging than Portal Del Roc.
Aqualeon Water Park!
Aqualeon water park is only 30 minutes drive away from this villa. A fantastic memorable day out.
