Location, in Sitges
This light and open air-conditioned house with small private garden, and shaded terraces looking onto a large communal pool and landscaped gardens is the ideal place to spend a family holiday. It has just been completely refurnished with tasteful rustic teak furniture.
The house is conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the lively and cosmopolitan town centre of Sitges and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. There is also an 18 hole golf course just 10 minutes walk away. Sitges itself is a mere 30 minute car or train journey to the popular city of Barcelona to the north and the historic city of Tarragona to the south.
Alternatively if you are a nature lover you will be in heaven discovering the hundreds of acres of beautiful unspoilt natural parkland just inland from Sitges.
Accommodation in Sitges
There is one double room with en suite bathroom and private terrace, another double room with an extra single bed and a room with bunk beds, also with private terrace. In addition there is another double room available for a supplement. (High Season price includes this room)It is perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from the famous Paseo Maritimo and all its beaches and 5 minutes walk into Sitges town centre.
There is a large plasma TV with a wide range of UK channels as well as broadband and Wifi.
This well equipped holiday home consists of three floors. The ground floor has a split level living and dining room with fireplace and air-conditioning with large double doors that open onto a private patio garden.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a WC. There is a large shaded terrace with comfortable seating that looks out onto the gardens and pool area. Perfect for watching your kids playing safely in the pool!
The swimming pool surrounded by a pretty grassy area and palm trees is open year round and has a small pool for kids as well as a diving board.
On the first floor there is one air-conditioned double bedroom with large terrace and en-suite bathroom and a further double room with a spare single bed.
The third bedroom has a large terrace overlooking the pool and bunk beds. There is also another complete bathroom on this floor.
On the top floor there is another double room. In the basement there is ample private parking for two cars or bicycles.

Golf
There are several gold courses to choose from within 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
There is the Terramar which is an 18 hole, golf coure in Sitges, with some fantastic views.
There is Portal Del Roc which is an 18 hole Pitch & Putt Which is in Vilanova only 15 minutes drive from Sitges
Also there is El Vendrell which is another 18 hole, Pitch & Putt but a little bit more challenging than Portal Del Roc.
Sitges
A famous tourist attraction which was once a a small fishing village. Full of brilliant restaurants, cafes and bars. A good climate with over 300 days of of sunshine.
Aqualeon Water Park!
Fancy a trip to a Water Park?
Aqualeon water park is only 30 - 35 minutes away from Sitges. A fantastic day out for everyone! You can relax and sunbathe or be active and enjoy all the Slides and swimming pools which they have to offer. Very family friendly.
Barcelona
The amazing Barcelona is only 35 minutes away by train!
If you visit Sitges then you should go and visit Barcelona. Some extraordinary architecture, fantastic shopping and restaurants. You must visit the La Rambla with all the different themes as you walk down towards the port.
