Description
MontGavina Villa shares the land with another house where the owners live. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, and 1 bathoom upstairs, with 2 of the bedrooms having access to the spacious and stunning terrace where you can see the sea and the surrounding urbanisation. ON the first floor there is a complete kitchen and living room, with TV and DVD. Internet access is also available in the garden.
The living room gives access to the garden and patio, where you can relax under the shade of the trees or enjoy the sun by the pool. There is also an outside BBQ which you can use in the garden. Around the pool there are sun loungers to sunbathe on, and patio furniture for al fresco dining.
There is street parking and the road by the Villa is very quiet, like the urbanisation.
There is also another house on the same plot of land, which is available to rent if you have a bigger party. The other house will never be rented at the same time as MontGavina Villa, only if it one big group or 2 families who wish to holiday together. The second Villa is in the same Ibizan style as the first and has bedroom, sleeping 4 people, and 1 bathroom, all on one floor. If you are interested in renting both Villas together, please contact us for more information. The second house is €500/week.
The Villa can be cleaned daily by the on-site cleaner at a fee who lives in the owners house. There is also a babysitting service available during your stay at the Villa also for an extra fee. If you want a ´adults only´ night in Sitges, you can, and feel rest-assured that your children are safe. More information is available about babysitting duties on request.
This Villa is located away from the hustle and bustle and perfect for a summer getaway with family or friends.

Sitges
Sitges town is only 3km away which is renowned for its 17 fantastic sandy beaches. Sitges town its self is an old fishing village which has grew into a large tourist attraction. With some brilliant restaurants and bars. The night life is good with plenty of bars, starting from around 11pm till the early hours of the morning.
Golf
There are several golf courses to choose from within a range of 30 minutes drive from the villa.
There is the Terramar golf course which is in Sitges a full 18 hole golf course.
There is Portal Del Roc which is in Vilanova. A 18 hole Pitch & Putt.
Also there is another 18 hole Pitch and Putt in El Vendrell which is a little bit more challenging than Portal Del Roc.
Aqualeon Water Park!
Aqualeon water park is only 30 minutes drive away from this villa. A fantastic memorable day out.
