Description
Location, in Sitges
This charming apartment in Sitges, is located in the pretty port area.
The small pedestrian cobbled streets with their white washed houses and quaint Plazas are more reminiscent of Andalucia than Catalonia. Just minutes away from these apartments lays the stretch of some of Sitges´s best restaurants and bars that look out onto the glitzy Marina. There is a choice of two very different beaches only a 5 minute walk away, a beautiful sandy family beach and a more secluded rustic cove where anything goes! There is also an Olympic size outdoor pool and a gym just a stones throw away that can be used for a small fee (4€ a day).
The lively and cosmopolitan town centre of Sitges is another 10min walk along the beautiful rugged coastline. Barcelona and all it has to offer is
less than 30 minutes away and easily accessible by public transport. There is also a free car park less than 5min walk from the apartments.
The Marina is a short walk along the picturesque coastal path to the town centre of Sitges which is situated on the Costa Garraf, just 25 minutes south of Barcelona and it’s airport by train or car. The historic town of Tarragona is also 30 minutes to the south. The town borders the breathtakingly beautiful ´Parque Natural de Garraf´.

This charming duplex apartment is perfectly situated overlooking a pretty small Plaza with palm trees. The apartment has recently been decorated and the air-conditioned living area is split level with the kitchen diner on the upper level and the sitting area on the lower level with double doors leading out to a terrace that overlooks the Plaza (ideal for watching your children!). There is a full bathroom and double bedroom leading off the living area. The other small double bedroom is up a spiral staircase with its own shower and toilet. The private roof terrace with lovely views of the Plaza is equipped with a built in BBQ, ceramic sink, outdoor table and chairs, a sunshade and a shower. There is a selection of English videos and books for your use. We have also recently installed UK satellite and there is a large plasma TV.
Xmas and Easter holidays will be charged at 825€ per week. Carnaval week will also be charged at 825€.
The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably but an extra 2 people can be accommodated on the two sofa beds. There is a surcharge of 40€ per each extra guest.

Golf
There are several gold courses to choose from within 30 minutes drive from Sitges
There is the Terramar which is an 18 hole, golf coure in Sitges. With some fantastic views.
There is Portal Del Roc which is an 18 hole Pitch & Putt Which is in Vilanova only 15 minutes drive from Sitges.
Also there is El Vendrell which is another 18 hole, Pitch & Putt but a little bit more challenging than Portal Del Roc.
Beaches
Some wounderful sandy clean beaches in Sitges. With local restaurants and shops nearby to grab a snack/drink.
Barcelona
The amazing Barcelona is only 35minutes away by train!
If you visit Sitges then you should go and visit Barcelona. Some extraordinary architecture, fantastic shopping and restaurants. You must visit the La Rambla with all the different themes as you walk down towards the port.
