Maruno, a beautiful Villa near Sitges
Location, near Sitges
This spacious villa in Sitges, is perched on the cliffs just above the water with panoramic sea views from every room. The large living area is divided into two separate sitting areas, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a window looking out to the lovely communal pool less than 5m away and the living area has four double glass doors that look out to sea and a large terrace with table and chairs just above the water (perfect for fishing!)where it feels more like being out at sea than on land!
Downstairs there is an enormous bathroom with double sinks a large circular bath and shower. There are two double bedrooms, a twin room all with large windows looking out to sea. The living area has a separate sleeping area with two sofa beds. The beach is less than 5 minutes by foot.
The Sitges Marina with all its glitzy bars and restaurants is 5 minutes away and the centre of Sitges is a 15 to 20 minute walk along a pretty coastal path or a 5 minute drive. There is free parking on the complex.

These two spacious properties (also see Mardos apartment, in the same complex) are perched on the cliffs just above the water with panoramic uninterrupted sea views from every room. Both properties have large terraces looking out to sea. They are located next to each other so ideal for two families or a large group of friends holidaying together. The lovely communal pool is just outside the front door The beach is less than 5 minutes by foot.

Golf
There are several gold courses to choose from within 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
There is the Terramar which is an 18 hole, golf coure in Sitges, with some fantastic views.
There is Portal Del Roc which is an 18 hole Pitch & Putt Which is in Vilanova only 15 minutes drive from Sitges
Also there is El Vendrell which is another 18 hole, Pitch & Putt but a little bit more challenging than Portal Del Roc.
Beaches
Around 17 clean sandy beaches in sitges. A range of nudist, gay and family friendly. All within walking distance from the villa.
Sitges
Sitges town centre is around 15 - 20 minutes walk along a pretty coastal path or a 5 minute drive. A nice walk after an evening meal. Sitges is full of fabulous restaurants and bars. Open till the early hours of the morning.
