Recently refurbished, this apartment in Vilanova (6 mins to Sitges), is ideal for a family or friends who want to be close to the beach and seafront restaurants. Comfortably furnished and extremely well equipped in a good location for a summer holiday. 15 minute walk to the rail / bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona. Also small circuit buses go to the station every half hour (bus stop 100 metres).
The lounge / dining area is spacious and comfortable with satellite TV, DVD and cd player. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony furnished with table and chairs for al fresco breakfasts in the sun and cool sundowners before strolling across the road to the beach bar for pre dinner drinks with your feet in the sand.
3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 small twin (convertible to a small double). Spacious shower room. Well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities.

Air conditioning throughout provides cool air in the summer and heating in the winter. Free standing fans available as an option.
Medium to long term lets available between October and April.
