A 3 bedroomed walk up, penthouse apartment (2 doubles and a single), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and overhead shower), spacious lounge / dining area, large and well-equipped modern kitchen, balconies, with furniture off the main and single bedrooms plus the lounge for those early morning coffees in the sun. Contemporary and intimate lighting throughout.
The lounge has satellite flat screen TV (main UK and Spanish channels), DVD, ipod docking station, music system, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Free Wifi internet available.
There is heating throughout for the winter months and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for the summer months. Air conditioning in the lounge.
The large private roof terrace is stylishly furnished with a dining area, sunbeds, gas BBQ and shower. The apartment has magnificent views to the mountains, over the rooftops and of the ancient floodlit church tower at the top of the Rambla Principal. Underground car parking 5 minutes away and limited street parking.
1 minute stroll from the Rambla Principal, the main promenading area with cafés and shops and a 15-20 minute walk from the beach and seafront restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the rail / bus station with direct lines (approx. every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona.
We welcome children, however, please be aware that the terrace walls and balcony railings are approx. 1 metre high. We can provide some equipment for babies please enquire. We are sorry that the apartment does not have disability access. This apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Beach & Restaurants
The beach is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment with some lovely restaurants along the seafront looking onto the marina. You can hire pedalo´s, yachts and canoe´s along the beach during the summer seaoson.
Rambla Principal.
The Rambla Principal is a 1 minute stroll from the apartment. Full of shops and cafes. Beautiful walk on an evening after that big meal.
Barcelona
Barcelona is 35 minutes away by train. A fantastic day out! Visit the popular Las Ramblas and work your way down towards the port passing by all the different themes.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a 30 minute drive. You have the Portal Del Roc which is a 18 hole pitch & putt only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. You have the Terramar in Sitges which is a full 18 hole golf course for the more experienced. Also you have another 18 hole pitch and putt in El Vendrell which is around 25 minutes away.

A lovely seaside town with nice restaurants and shops.
