We have two self catering holiday homes in Baiter Park, Poole, Dorset England just a few yards from the water front, in Taverner Close and Colborne Close both of which are of Newfoundland Drive . Both our self catering houses have 2 bedrooms sleeping 4/5 in each house. Our houses are opposite each other so they could also cater for two families to share providing accommodation for 8/9 in total.

Description
Our self catering holiday houses are available to let for short term rental, as a holiday self catering let or a short term tenancy or company let during the winter.
Both houses have been previously awarded a 4 STAR rating by the Quality In Tourism board.
Internet Broadband can be provided at small additional cost. A mobile dongle will be provided providing 5GB download capacity with speeds up to 3.6MB. Please order when completing the booking form.
Our self catering house is ideally located in a quiet area of the Poole Harbourside, just few minutes walk from the waterfront where there are fantastic view across the harbour to Brownsea Island. Both, the Poole Quayside with its bars and restaurants, and the Poole town centre are just 10 minutes walk away.
The famous Poole beaches at Sandbanks are a 10 minute drive or bus ride. The house is an ideal base for exploring the wonderful Dorset countryside including the spectacular Dorset Jurassic coast either by car or public transport. The house is modern and well furnished and has been previously rated 4 star by the Tourist Board.
The house has a small private south facing paved patio area with its own private reserved parking space. There are numerous activities including boating, sailing, wind surfing, cycling, walking, harbour boat trips, tennis, golf, bowling, skating, children's play areas, arts centre, swimming and many more.
