Description
The garden studio cottage with high ceilings and open wooden beams has an open plan kitchen/lounge/bedroom with separate shower room furnished and equipped to high standards.
The open plan carpeted lounge has modern storage heaters, two easy chairs with cushions and coffee table complete with brass table lamp, LCD Colour TV with Freeview and DVD player. The bedroom has a hand-made pine double bed which is made up with bed linen, four pillows and duvet. There is also a pine wardrobe and chest of drawers/dressing table with mirrors and hair dryer. The open plan fitted kitchen/dining room is equipped with a fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, gas hob, extractor hood, two dining chairs and table made up with cotton table cloth and serviettes. The shower room contains the electric shower, wash basin and toilet complete with heated towel rail and towels.
There is a ‘utility’ cupboard which contains the iron and ironing board, first aid kit, rotary washing line and pegs, and vacuum cleaner etc…
The cottage is heated by modern storage heaters.
